SET Set various channel options:
FOUNDER Set the founder of a channel : /msg chanserv set #roomname founder nick

TOPIC Change the topic on a channel: /msg chanserv set #roomname topic
TOPICLOCK Topic can only be changed with SET TOPIC: /msg chanserv set #roomname topiclock on|off
PRIVATE Hide channel from ChanServ lists: /msg chanserv set #roomname private
SECUREOPS Stricter control of chanop status: /msg chanserv set #roomname secureops on|off
ENTRYMSG Send a message to users upon entry: /msg chanserv set #roomname entrymsg message
FORGET Make ChanServ forget your channel FOREVER: /msg chanserv forget #roomname
GUARD Have ChanServ join your channel: /msg chanserv set #roomname guard on|off
ACCESS Modify the list of privileged users: add: /msg chanserv access #roomname add nick level
del: /msg chanserv access #roomname del nick
list: /msg chanserv access #roomname list
AKICK Maintain the AutoKick list: /msg chanserv AKICK #roomname ADD mask reason
/msg chanserv akick #roomname del mask
/msg chanserv akick #roomname list
LEVEL Change the level required for functions: /msg chanserv level #roomname set autop(autovoice) level (10, 20 etc)

Nickserv Commands:
REGISTER Register a nickname: /msg nickserv register password (password must be over 5 characters)
DROP Cancel the registration of a nickname: /msg nickserv drop nick password

RECOVER Kill another user who has taken your nick: /msg nickserv recover nick password
RELEASE Regain custody of your nick after RECOVER: /msg nickserv release nick password
GHOST Kill a ghosted nickname: /msg nickserv ghost nick pass
INFO Get information for a nickname: /msg nickserv info nick
LINK Link your nickname to another: /msg nickserv link nick password
UNLINK UnLink your nickname: /msg nickserv unlink nick password

SEND Send a memo to a nick/channel: /msg memoserv send nick/channel message
LIST List all of your or a channel's memos: /msg memoserv list
READ Read a memo (or all memos): /msg memoserv read (1, 2 etc)
FORWARD Forward a memo to a nick/channel: /msg memoserv forward nick/channel message
DEL Delete a memo (or all memos): /msg memoserv del (1, 2 etc)
REPLY Reply to a memo by number: /msg memoserv reply (1,2 etc)
